For a complete assessment, the subject was fully disrobed. Additionally, the evaluation included his partner, who was present, through a thorough rectal examination, adding another dimension to our medical exploration. These extraordinary findings led our committee to award the subject our next Unusual People Award, recognizing the exceptional nature of his anatomy and the comprehensive evaluation of his partner.
